I have a question . . .

My question for you is this: Do you desire to continue to receive online broadcasts from this ministry?
I realize that you receive lots of stuff on your computer…jokes, photos, advertisements, things that
tell you you’ll be blessed IF you forward what you’ve just read to ten people. Amidst all the eClutter,
you get articles from yours truly. For a one-finger scribe, I’ll bet my average message contains 2500
words. Admittedly, although everything I broadcast is not from Heaven’s throne (how could it be when
it’s being filtered through the flesh. No, some things I send on occasion are intended to simply bless -
though they DO add to the clutter).

IN THE BEGINNING…

When I first began this eMinistry, my sole purpose was to bless a handful of kids in my Youth Group,
the few who had computers back then. In time, their parents were reading and fowarding the messages.
In time, I received a ‘thank you’ message from a missionary in Sicily. That’s when I realized the awesome
potential of the internet for the spreading of the Gospel and for the encouragement and discipleship of His
Saints wordwide.

I started getting eMail from  people asking if I was Catholic, Church of Christ, Lutheran, Pentecostal.
Several New Zealanders called me “Father Michael” and others in Africa referred to me as their father
as well. I would hear from people requesting prayer and they would thank me and my staff for doing
so (little did they know I was writing from my kitchen table alone in my bath robe).

Others would thank me for preaching the Kingdom message - one they said they weren’t hearing preached
from the pulpit. I started a notebook and printed scores of ‘thank you’ messages, many from people saying
things like, “I don’t know how you found me but I’m so glad you did…”

I received hate mail, too. Lots of it. I’ve been accused of being in this “for the money” (if they only knew).
I was booted off AOL 25 times by people who didn’t like my message and was ultimately banished - yes,
BANISHED - from being an AOL customer ever again.  I was told I’d been reported to the FCC for hate
mail and the FBI because I talked to kids. Online persecution? Yes, it’s possible.

Whatever.

THE SUPERNATURAL IS CYBERNATURAL!

On one occasion, I received a vision. While looking at my blank, black monitor, I saw a tiny white light
in the center. The light started grwing until I could make out the word “PLANET.” The word grew and
grew until it left the screen and passed right through my head!

On another occasion, I received an Instant Message from a man name Peter. What I’m about to tell you
will …well, it will amaze you. Peter was a minister in Romania. He said he attended an orthodox church
and asked for prayer as many Romanians, he said, had been the victoms of incest. He told me he attended
school in Munich. As I was reading his message, I realized that I was reading a foreign language. How
did I know what it said? The letters and words were strange to me but, as I read, I comprehended. Talk
about goose bumps! It was when Peter wrote the words, “You speak excellent German” and I responded,
“I don’t speak German,” that both of us froze, realizing that God was at work in our midst via the Internet.
In an instant, we were truly brothers in the presence of our Father.

A teen girl was thrown from her horse. Bleeding, she dragged herself to her computer to request prayer.
She told me she hadn’t even told her own mother yet…she went to her computer to eMail me FIRST!

When terrible floods hit Houston, Texas, another girl was writing me the day to day details of her time in
the attic with an elderly woman. She wrote for three days with me serving as her lifeline. Then it dawned
on her; she had no electrical power…how as she writing me?

Words of knowledge, prophetic words, things that reportedly changed reader’s lives…can God use the Internet?
You’d better believe it!

WHO READS THIS STUFF?

At the risk of being scolded by well-meaning Christians (as I was when I reported that my messages on
Ezinearticles.com had been viewed 50,000 times), I will report that my articles on Ezinerticles.com have
now reached 84,051. Praise God! Many of those articles have been posted on other websites as well, increasing
the chances of exposure.

The articles posted on FaithWriters.com have FAR surpassed those numbers.

As far as my own website goes, Jan 2008 recorded the greatest number of hits ever to that point (over 17,000).
Though February dipped to 13,000, March became the record month as the site received more than 19,000
hits.

April recorded over 22,000 hits. Those who view these articles on the website are staying on the site for longer
and longer periods of time, reading Christian literature…imagine! They’re reading (and forwarding) from virtually
every nation on the planet.

The new group on Facebook.com (The Church @ Work) has around 80 Members who believe God wants to
mobilize His army in the workplace. Another group of nearly 100 has requested a newsletter version of that
same ministry by eMail. There are two “live” TCAW groups meeting monthly and many others across the nation
who have expressed an interest in starting their own chapters.

FINALLY, MY BRETHREN

I could go on and on with the things God has done through this online ministry. It’s quite humbling and truly
blows me away. Again, I type with one finger and am technology-challenged.

My question, again, is this: Do you wish to continue receiving these eMail broadcasts? No questions will be asked if.
There are a myriad of reasons why people would pefer NOT to continue. However, before you decide, consider how
many others might need these messages five or ten “forwards” from you. In other words, maybe a particular message
was not intended for YOU but, rather, for those within your realm of influence.

Or their friends.

Also, if it’s simply a matter of getting too many eMail messages, please consider going to my website and subscribing
to the FREE RSS feature. That way, you’ll know whenever something has been posted to the site and you can choose
to click ‘n go at your leisure.

In any case, I thank you for your time.

Every blessing,
Michael Tummillo

A servant of God
