I am SOOO excited!
On EzineArticles.com, the articles I posted there have had nearly 82,000 visitors since Aug 2005. I recall how thrilled
I was when the total hit 5,000 and then 50,000.
Also, March 2008 yielded the HIGHEST readership to our ministry website with over 19,000 hits in one month on YourTown4Jesus.com! Amazing!
Stick with me, OK?
On FaithWriters.com, the articles posted there have attracted 19,457 viewers! I was SHOCKED when I saw those numbers!
These statistics do not include the almost-daily E-Newsletters to the employees I serve as Workplace Chaplain,
including PAST employees whose home eMail addresses I still have in my address book. Nor does it include messages that
are FORWARDED or POSTED by strangers to other websites. It doesn’t include those articles which have been re-printed
in newsletters or those that were used by preachers and Sunday School teachers all over the world. These numbers don’t
reflect the weekly E-Newsletters to The Church @ Work (65 members) or the messages I post to Facebook.com, a group
nearing 80 members. The 13,000 individuals that I eMail directly each week are not incuded either.
What’s my point?
The point is, any Christian or ministry that isn’t reaching out via eMail and the web is missing the proverbial boat! As one who has
ministered week in and week out from pulpits to the same people in the same building, I could only imagine then the impact that
electronic ministry would have on vast multitudes of people with the click of a mouse. My own pastor back then used to poke fun
at my eMail efforts by calling me “CyberPastor Mike.”
Friends, I type with one finger and hate computers. If God can use ME - of all people - He can use YOU, too. If the ONLY thing
you can do is Partner with me and FORWARD the messages I broadcast, we have the potential to reach MILLIONS more
every day all over the planet! The average church in America is less than 100 with nearly 3800 closing their doors every year; we
can make a very reAL difference with this partnership.
Let’s do the Math…
If 500 people partner with me and forward one message to just 5 people each, that’s 2500 people reached in seconds.
If those 2500 each forward to only 5 people each, that’s 12,500 people in moments.
If those 12,500 do likewise, that’s 62,500 people.
If those 62,500 do the same, that’s 312,500.
If those 312,500 follow suit, we’ve reached 1,562,500 with one measly message!
In the event that all 1,562,500 folks were to each forward that one message to 5 people each, the total being reached is
an amazing 7,812,500 people!
I’m looking for co-laborers in this effort.
If YOU are willing to help me reach millions every day, simply by sending EVERY message forward, just say so.
Don’t pick and choose which message to send to whom…we never know who, far outside our realm of influence, will
receive a particular message at just the right time. I’ve received MANY testimonies to that effect. So, send them ALL forward!
