This is based upon a TRUE story of Spiritual Warfare in which I PERSONALLY

Last Saturday, I drove 3 hours to a small Texas town where a man had asked me

to come and explain the Simple Church/House Church concept to him and some

others at his home. We had a wonderful 2 hour meeting and I left by laying

hands upon them and releasing them into this new ministry.

Yesterday, that same man wrote with the question: “How do we begin the

meeting? What atmosphere do we try to create?”

As I responded I wondered how many others might have similar concerns. So,

A few weeks ago, I received the strongest impression that I was to

write a series of articles based upon the subject “The things I hate about

Jesus.” At first, I was a bit apprehensive. After all…with so many things

to write about, why this?

I recall a funny story about two church ladies who are chatting over a

cup of coffee. One says, “Did you know that Jesus drank wine?” The

other scowled and replied, “Yes…I never DID like that about Jesus!”

In July of 2000, Billy Graham was too ill to deliver an opening address,
even by satellite, at a week-long international tribute to him in
Amsterdam.

Instead, his son Franklin delivered the address on his behalf. “We must
go back and search the word of God to discover what we need to do
for the extension of the Kingdom in our day,” said Billy Graham, in a
statement read by his son. “We must go back 2,000 years to discover
the future.”
