Tummillo receives “Expert Author” status
Michael Tummillo, a nondenominational Workplace Chaplain from Stephenville, Texas, has earned “Expert Author” status with a popular website called “EzineArticles.com.” He received “Platinum Author” status on August 04, 2005. Since his first submission was accepted by the site on May 26, 2006, Tummillo has published 172 articles to the site resulting in nearly 70,000 views.
“I had been looking for a source that would keep these messages online, allowing them to continue to bless, educate and challenge the Body of Christ - and anyone else who cared to read the articles…a friend from Arlington mentioned that “Ezine” might be just what I was looking for.” Since then, Tummillo has made EzineArticles.com just another tool in his online publishing arsenal. Along with his own blog (www.YourTown4Jesus.com ), which receives between 1200 and 1600 “hits” per month from people in as many as 29 nations, and his own website (www.YourTown4Jesus.org), Tummillo also utilizes www.PressExposure.com for Press Releases.
“The most amazing thing,” the author added, “is how many other websites and blogs have posted these articles again and again all over the web. I hear from people all over the planet on a daily basis, many who claim that they read something I wrote on some obscure site I’ve never heard of.”
Tummillo broadcasts to a Subscriber list of approximately ten thousand addresses at least once a week, often more frequently. He added that, just as word-of-mouth benefits a business, surveys of his online broadcasts reveal that Subscribers often forward to from five to two hundred friends. Since he began this online ministry, the one-finger typist has published nearly 700 articles and 14 booklets. He has appeared as a Guest Columnist on WorldNetDaily.com, referred to as the world’s most popular website and is often invited to speak to churches and civic groups.
Whether he’s counseling a teen regarding their sexual identity or mentoring one of 14 foreign ministers from third world nations, one in Pakistan who’s planted nearly 900 churches, Tummillo encourages Christians everywhere to redeem the internet for God’s purposes. “Don’t promote any denominational stuff. That won’t attract anybody. It’s the teachings of Jesus that still draws a crowd. I think that’s because His was a message that sounded different. It wasn’t religious; it was loving and instructional for people’s own benefit…and it still is.”
